REGULATION OF RETURN AND REFUND, GUARANTEE, WARRANTY

             In accordance with the provisions of Government Regulation 45/2014 (II.26.) regarding the modalities of contracts between consumers and entrepreneurs, the User may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the ordered product without giving any reason and return the ordered product, provided that the User can return it to the Service Provider in a clean, dry, scratch-free and undamaged condition. In this case, the User must notify the Service Provider of the withdrawal by e-mail and return the book to Biologi-Team Kft, H-1027 Budapest, Bem József u. 6. fszt. Write “Cancelled” on the envelope and we will refund the price of the book on the next business day. We are not able to refund the price of the book before and without return.  

             It is extremely rare for books ordered from the Webshop to have a hidden printing error, a faulty page, a misprinted page, a slipped printed page, a misbound page, a missing page, an unprinted page, a crumpled page, a damaged page, or a page with paper defects. A 90-day replacement guarantee applies to printing errors, and a 7-day replacement guarantee applies to postal damage. If you find printing errors or damages, please contact us by e-mail (info et biologi-team.hu or by phone +36 (70) 23 44 555 and return it by post to Biologi-Team Kft, H-1027 Budapest, Bem József u. 6. as soon as possible. Write ” Replace ” on the envelope and we will send you the new book immediately. In this case we will pay the shipping costs. The exchange of books before or without return is not possible.
